How to Consign with Us
Categories of Interest
We are always seeking high-quality consignments to feature in our upcoming auctions. Our specialists look for premium items, including:

Fine Art & Paintings: We accept paintings of all styles, provided they feature an artist signature of the artists.

Porcelain & Ceramics: We highly prize fine porcelain pieces, particularly elegant vases and intricate statues.

Precious Metals: We are always looking for premium silver items, sterling silver, and gold pieces.

Statues & Sculptures: We specialize in small to mid-sized statues, with a specific focus on bronze and brass craftsmanship rather than heavy stone.

Jade Carvings & Sculptures: We highly prize fine jade objects, including intricate carvings, pendants, and traditional jade statues.
Evaluation
If you want to consign with us, we need to first determine the estimate of your item. To determine the estimated price, please contact us by telephone, by email, or come to our store for a free appraisal. We would like you to provide an image of the item that you want to do the estimate for (as detailed as possible) and send it to our email address, which is lubanantique@hotmail.com.
Sell
Upon consignment of your property, you will sign a consignment contract and decide whether you should set a minimum or ‘reserve’ price. We will then take in the property to catalogue and photograph. You may bring the property to us, or we can arrange for a pickup with our shipping department.
Settlement
After the sale, you will receive an accounting that lists the final hammer price for each item sold. We will send you payment (the hammer price less the seller’s commission and agreed-upon expenses) within thirty days of the sale of the property, provided we have received payment from the buyer.
